The Brief

The brief focused on enhancing the existing app with an improved user experience and a more engaging, streamlined tiered loyalty system.

Our Approach

Redesign

The app has been rebranded as LSH Luxe Loyalty, including a new logo, colour scheme and fonts throughout the app. 

CMS updates 

Include exporting claimed rewards, adding location fields to categories, and updating the preference flow so users select a location first, then see relevant interest categories. 

UX improvements 
  • Adding CTAs in notifications to take users directly to specific rewards
  • Introduce a consistent navigation menu
  • A tiered loyalty system has been implemented, showing visible tiers on the home screen, including a limited-access “taster” tier
  • Home screens will also be tailored by tier or user type, such as car model

The Result

An improved customer interface with a refreshed design and UX journey. New tiers for different types of users to allow LSH to segment their loyalty base and create content specifically tailored to each tier.
