Adam has lived and breathed the hospitality sector for the last 20 years. His background is not only technology focussed, but he has managed a number of venues across the premium casual market.
When loyalty was but a pipe dream for most, Adam looked to create something revolutionary in the sector and began creating Club Individual for Individual Restaurants. It’s evolved dramatically over the last 10 years and boasts close to 2m members. This was the driver behind the decision to create TheLoyaltyCo to allow this wealth of knowledge to benefit both other industries and other hospitality driven outlets.
Adam is seen as an industry expert with expertise covering IT, systems, development and SQL with loyalty, technology, marketing e-commerce and deliverability being only some of his areas of expertise.
Adam is also an accredited business mentor and lives and breathes what he’s learned and mentored on the Dale Carnegie course

Tess Sewell

Tess is the Managing director of TLC, and with over a decade of experience in hospitality and eight years with a focus on systems (IT and beyond), she's well equipped to advise on successful processes and protocols for experience enhancing digital platforms.
A self confessed problem solver and Asana junkie, collaboration is Tess's key focus, allowing the departments across the company to work together towards a joint goal successfully with a little jazz where possible✨
Based out of Berlin Tess spends her spare time reading, at a pilates class or sampling the best brunches in town.

    Andrew has managed teams across all areas of business from sales and marketing to quality control and customer services. Andrew is passionate about understanding his client’s needs and has a keen eye for detail when it comes to problem-solving.
    Andrew puts a lot of his customer service and relationship-building skills down to the years he has spent in hospitality at multiple levels.
    For the past few years, Andrew has focused on his passion for marketing and technology. Consulting on marketing projects and working in the digital marketing industry covering web and app development, social media, email marketing, SEO and more.
    All the above position Andrew perfectly to build strong relationships between TLC and its prospects, clients and partners. He can help quickly assess where TLC can be of most benefit to a business and set in motion the strategies TLC use to transform brands digitally.

      Darren is Digital Communications Manager at TLC. With 7 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Darren spent his first 4 years at a UK-based restaurant group managing all outgoing email and SMS activity. As TLC's Digital Communications Manager, Darren handles all aspects of data hygiene, campaign creation/management, email automation and reporting.

        With over 6 years of experience, Rachael has worked for brand and creative teams in digital agencies, showcasing her expertise by leading a range projects. Spanning across video & photography shoots, website builds, social media campaigns, email campaigns and influencer activations.
        Rachael ensures success through meticulous planning, smooth execution and timely delivery of website and app development projects.
        Off the clock, you can find her travelling, hiking with friends, or cooking (and consuming) Asian dishes.

          Drawing from her marketing education and a year of hands-on experience in an e-commerce app, she brings a unique perspective to every project. Subira's charm extends beyond her knack for managing accounts and stakeholders; it's in her love for fun, evident in her engaging approach to work.
          Outside the digital realm, Subira finds joy in exploring new destinations and immersing herself in the pages of a good book, adding a touch of wanderlust to her dynamic role.

            Milly, has nearly a decade of experience in the dynamic world of hospitality and events. Joined TLC in 2022 starting as a junior project manager, Milly possesses a remarkable ability to communicate effectively, ensuring successful collaboration and fostering positive client relationships.
            Outside the realm of project management, Milly finds joy in immersing herself in nature. She can also be found crafting delightful meals for friends, exploring new countries, and indulging in the vibrant atmosphere of festivals. Milly's passion for both professional excellence and personal adventures defines her dynamic approach to work and life.

              Lauren Rooney

              With fifteen years experience in digital marketing, Lauren has a track record of creating impactful digital campaigns and cultivating strong relationships with numerous brands. Passionate about leveraging her knowledge and the power of digital comms to drive brand awareness/ engagement whilst nurturing new and existing client partnerships for TLC. Outside of the office, spending time with her young family and travelling is at the top of the priority list. Lauren also has a natural competitive streak and a ‘Yes’ mentality, which more often than not has her signing up for some intense fitness event with her younger, much fitter and more athletic sister!

                With over a decade of marketing experience under her belt, including both B2B and B2C, Becky now helps brands thrive in the digital marketing space.
                When she's not helping our clients, Becky switches roles to Mum to her little boy and not forgetting her French Bulldog, Hugo! Working for TLC is Becky's safe haven, having an amazing team around her to drive creativity and positivity is what motivates her everyday.

                    With more than 30 years’ experience of working in finance departments, Simon has worked in a wide range of industries including construction, education, retail, leisure and hospitality.
                    Much of Simon’s career has been spent in a business partnering role working alongside Marketing, Operational and Commercial teams, helping to analyse and understand the teams and company’s performance. Through the creation and review of dashboards and reports Simon has allowed the organisations he has worked for to see what has worked well and uncover issues allowing them to increase profit and also reduce unnecessary costs.
                    Over the last 17 years Simon has been involved in different loyalty schemes, from assisting in the development and creation of a scheme for a large cinema chain to analysing the performance of schemes in both the retail and hospitality sectors. Outside of work Simon enjoys reading, real ale and going on walks.

                      Daniel is a BI Developer at TLC. He joined the business with several years of experience in plant hire, manufacturing, retail and aviation.
                      During this time Daniel has worked with a variety of stakeholders who demand data presented at varied speeds and presented in a range of ways. Daniel is passionate about efficiency in his work and enjoys telling stories through data which influence key decisions.

                        Steve is the Data Analyst at TLC, focusing on creating reports to monitor KPI’s and adhoc analysis.
                        After several years experience with data entry and reporting, followed by 15+ years’ experience in a systems accountant role within the leisure industry, Steve gained the skills and experience needed to deal with large data sets. As well as the skill set required to build reports and query datasets from scratch and convert the outputs into an understandable format.

                          James Porter-Smith

                          James has built up a few years of experience working in data, after naturally growing into his current role through years of progressively taking on more responsibility in data management for previous employers, before joining the TLC team as a BI Developer in early 2023. Starting his career working behind the bar during university, James finds it fitting to be working with data from our current clients in the hospitality sector. Outside of work, James spends his time training in the boxing gym, which is great for keeping in shape and letting off some steam.

                            With a background in data analysis, Ben has accumulated experience in the utilities, higher education and hospitality sectors. Over the course of his career since graduating university in 2019, he has enjoyed interpreting and presenting data and offering valuable insights to clients. He is passionate about providing personable customer service and building positive relationships, taking pride in his client-centric approach. In his spare time Ben enjoys distance running and watching Crewe Alexandra lose football matches.

                              Steve is the Managing Director of TLC Solutions focusing on the IT solutions arm of the business.
                              He has spent the best part of 30 years in and around hospitality having previously worked on the floor in F&B within hotels before moving across to IT side. First with Micros and then becoming the Operations Director for Quadranet Systems where he has spent the last 20 years.
                              Managing the Installation, Support & IT departments and playing a key role in building the business from its roots to the success it is today. It was during this time that Steve developed his extensive knowledge of all things IT whilst continually building and maintaining customer relationships through the various projects he has successfully managed.

                                Dan Essex

                                Dan Essex is Technical Consultant at TLC Solutions and is sure to have a technical solution to your problem, no matter how sedate or ambitious the pitch. Mr Essex studied Computing for Internet and Multimedia at RGU in Aberdeen and then Media Technology at Salford University before going into the industry working for a variety of employers both in hospitality and in technology, which makes him well suited to this role here at TLC Solutions.
                                He has a wealth of experience in a whole gamut of technical fields including valuable experience as a sales technician at a large computer warehouse and also spent some time working for Apple as a Specialist, which helped him to understand the world of hardware procurement and gave him valuable insight into the core technical competencies and requirements of the general public.
                                Dan likes nothing more than getting his hands on bleeding-edge tech and figuring out how it all works – many a product in the Essex household was taken apart in his early days in pursuit of this goal, and most of the time 12-year-old Dan was able to put it back together again too! (sorry about the stereo, Mum)

                                  Jane is Systems Specialist at TLC Solutions. For the past 10 years she has looked after both Reservation and POS configuration for a large restaurantgroup with four brands and 30+ sites in the UK. Prior to this she worked in retail, studying a Management Training programme then moving into luxury fashion. During her time in retail and five years floor level in hospitality, she found her passion for customer service, attention to detail and honed her communication skills.
                                  Jane is a very proud Mum to her daughter and she still has a keen interest in fashion. She enjoys sharing this part of herself in her spare time through Social Media.

                                    Built my first PC at 10. Started working in Hospitality at 15. College to study IT at 16. Moved to Manchester for uni at 18. I worked nights in Revolution. But then I stopped pulling pints and started pushing myself. I upped my game. Made a leap to IT and started learning more. I did things I never dreamed I would. I fixed issues I never thought I could. The blue screens. The smashed screens. The Internet troubles. And all that in between.
                                    Sure, I was Born in Yorkshire. But I was made to support you.

                                      Marta Gomà Garcia

                                      After studying Hotel Management in Barcelona (her home town), Marta moved to the UK where she worked in five-star hotels such as the Savoy and Claridge’s. Exceeding expectations and attention to detail are part of her nature.
                                      Marta then made the move to Infor where she became a Project Consultant, specialising in EPOS and stock control systems, moving then to Quadranet where she first worked with our very own Steve.
                                      Spending a lot of her working life in hotels and restaurants, learning about their system needs and putting them to use, has given Marta the experience needed to help our clients find the right solutions for their business.
                                      Outside of work Marta loves making bread and baked goods of all kinds, traveling, spending time with friends and playing board games.

                                              A Designer & Developer, Will started building websites over 20 Years ago on HTML which evolved from front Front End to back-end coding languages and specializing in WordPress, Shopify & Magento. Will has worked with some of the biggest Brands & digital agencies around the world, always learning the latest tech stack and best design practices. His UX/UI experience enables him to design and code a lightweight, mobile-first, SEO-friendly website.

                                                With over a decade of Software Engineering experience under his belt, Mushfiq is our Technical Lead at TLC. Mushfiq has worked in software systems as diverse as Distributed platform for Digital Ad Serving, Micro service based Event Management Solution, Cashier Less Store by RFID, ERP, E-Library for Medical Journals, Data Migration and a wide range of Web & Mobile applications. He is proficient in Full Stack of software development with 9+ years of experience in software product, project and client management.
                                                Here at TLC, Mushfiq participates in the entire software development life cycle, and collaborates with our software and business development teams, product managers, clients and technical partners. Mushfiq is passionate about leading from the front by efficient problem solving and enjoys managing processes, and people for the successful delivery of a software solution. Outside of work Mushfiq enjoys playing cricket, football, badminton and pool, loves food, family, friends, fast cars and fantasy football.

                                                                                      Built my first PC at 10. Started working in Hospitality at 15. College to study IT at 16. Moved to Manchester for uni at 18. I worked nights in Revolution. But then I stopped pulling pints and started pushing myself. I upped my game. Made a leap to IT and started learning more. I did things I never dreamed I would. I fixed issues I never thought I could. The blue screens. The smashed screens. The Internet troubles. And all that in between.

                                                                                        After studying Hotel Management in Barcelona (her home town), Marta moved to the UK where she worked in five-star hotels such as the Savoy and Claridge’s. Exceeding expectations and attention to detail are part of her nature.
                                                                                        Marta then made the move to Infor where she became a Project Consultant, specialising in EPOS and stock control systems, moving then to Quadranet where she first worked with our very own Steve.
                                                                                        Spending a lot of her working life in hotels and restaurants, learning about their system needs and putting them to use, has given Marta the experience needed to help our clients find the right solutions for their business.
                                                                                        Outside of work Marta loves making bread and baked goods of all kinds, traveling, spending time with friends and playing board games.

                                                                                                A Designer & Developer, Will started building websites over 20 Years ago on HTML which evolved from front Front End to back-end coding languages and specializing in WordPress, Shopify & Magento. Will has worked with some of the biggest Brands & digital agencies around the world, always learning the latest tech stack and best design practices. His UX/UI experience enables him to design and code a lightweight, mobile-first, SEO-friendly website.
