Victors Restaurants have three restaurants in Oxford, Hale and Alderley Edge. They serve up delicious modern American food in their lively and stylish locations, inspired by the Hamptons. They are now one of the biggest names in hospitality for their hedonistic and aspirational branding. However, when COVID hit in 2020, along with many others in hospitality, Victors needed to find an online ordering platform that worked for them and their brand personality.

What we did

We worked with Victors Restaurants to create an online ordering platform for their customers to order online to be collected at each venue. TLC have provided a streamlined, beautifully branded and organised service for their customers. Here we integrated with our electronic point of sale partners, Quadranet for a smooth customer and operational experience. We also saved them money on expensive transaction fees often charged by third party collection services.

The platform

We created the ordering platform for Victors that integrates with Quadranet EPoS technology and offers payment by credit/debit card via our integration partner Stripe. Victors are able to access the systems on their payment tills to open tabs and view orders from the table or for collection. This reduces face-to-face contact and improves user experience as it is quick, easy and allows the customer independence with their brand.
