My Sea Ltd is a luxury yacht brokerage and chartering company with headquarters in London, Monaco, St Tropez and Croatia. Opening in 2005, they have steadily grown with the times of marketing and understood their consumers and what they desire. What was their next logical step? A customer facing app of course!
My Sea gave us the task of creating a bespoke app that was easy to use for their customers to keep record of their past, present and future trips that they have planned. They also wished for users to be able to browse available yachts and provide a way of offering loyal customers rewards.
The app has a range of functionalities such as being able to browse yachts available for sale and charter, easy access to user accounts and documents that they may need, great deals that My Sea has to offer, customer rewards and a platform that they can contact their offices straight from the app via a VIP chat functionality.
