Platform Support Manager
Dan is the Platform Support Manager at TheLoyaltyCo. His team provide a helpdesk facility for any of our clients who require customer facing support for their system.
With over 20 years’ experience working in a customer facing environment, Dan has worked in fields as diverse as football, theatre, construction and hospitality. Before joining TLC he was employed at Individual Restaurants, as head of support for their Club Individual loyalty programme. In this role he was responsible for offering support to 40 restaurants nationwide and a membership base of almost 2 million. It is the skills honed here and systems created that form the basis of our support package at TLC.
