Chief Executive Officer
Adam has lived and breathed the hospitality sector for the last 18 years. His background is not only technology focussed, but he has managed a number of venues across the premium casual market.
When loyalty was but a pipe dream for most, Adam looked to create something revolutionary in the sector and began creating Club Individual for Individual Restaurants. It’s evolved dramatically over the last 10 years and boasts close to 2m members. This was the driver behind the decision to create TheLoyaltyCo to allow this wealth of knowledge to benefit both other industries and other hospitality driven outlets.
Adam is seen as an industry expert with expertise covering IT, systems, development and SQL with loyalty, technology, marketing e-commerce and deliverability being only some of his areas of expertise.
Adam is also an accredited business mentor and lives and breathes what he’s learned and mentored on the Dale Carnegie course.
Business Development Director
Rosie Relton is the Business Development Director at TheLoyaltyCo, focusing on marketing the platform to new and current industries, through branded communications, social media, events and building relationships.
Previously Rosie studied PR & branding at London College of Fashion and continued on to work with leading fashion brands across marketing, PR, social media, retail and visual merchandising.
Rosie moved into the hospitality industry, gaining invaluable front of house experience, along with roles
in training, events, epos systems and most importantly working with one of the largest hospitality loyalty platforms in the country. It was during this time, Rosie worked closely with our CEO Adam Purslow, developing what would be the blueprint for TheLoyaltyCo’s mobile app and foundation for the company.
Customer Success Director
Tess Sewell is the Customer success director at TheLoyaltyCo, focusing on content management and polishing of each project.
With a degree in Public Relations and Digital Communications Management from Manchester Metropolitan University Tess continued to work across many industries and brands in creating their presence online, through social media, web development and campaign management alongside building her own brand.
A step into the hospitality industry brought opportunities to create working partnerships, with developing new technologies for partners and testing live in restaurants to develop the foundations for TheLoyaltyCo.
Lead UX/UI Designer
Dan is the lead UX/UI designer at TheLoyaltyCo. Working across all digital platforms from bespoke apps to website design.
With over seven years of professional experience Dan’s varied background has provided him with an unique knowledge of the the industry, ranging from football clubs with Manchester United, freelance at multi design agencies to the hospitality sector working with TV celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo.
Elisia Monaco is the Project Manager at TheLoyaltyCo, focusing on planning, monitoring and execution of our projects across all digital platforms. Elisia works closely with Tess to ensure customer success throughout each project.
During her study of Accounting and Finance, Elisia gained over 4 years experience in luxury retail, customer service, hospitality, customer loyalty and estate management.
Elisia is meticulous and has a keen eye for detail. As a project manager she has the crucial skills to build client relations, taking the time to appreciate and value the prerequisites for each client journey.
Digital Communications Manager
Platform Support Manager
Dan is the Platform Support Manager at TheLoyaltyCo. His team provide a help desk facility for any of our clients who require customer facing support for their system.
With over 20 years’ experience working in a customer facing environment, Dan has worked in fields as diverse as football, theatre, construction and hospitality. Before joining, Dan was employed at Individual Restaurants, as head of support for their Club Individual loyalty programme. In this role he was responsible for offering support to 40 restaurants nationwide and a membership base of almost 2 million. It is the skills honed here and systems created that form the basis of our support package at TLC.
Simon is the Insight manager at TLC, focused on creating reporting suites and analysing performance.
With more than 30 years’ experience of working in finance departments, Simon has worked in a wide range of industries including construction, education, retail, leisure and hospitality.
Much of Simon’s career has been spent in a business partnering role working alongside Marketing, Operational and Commercial teams, helping to analyse and understand the teams and company’s performance. Through the creation and review of dashboards and reports Simon has allowed the organisation he has worked for to see what has worked well and uncover issues allowing them to increase profit and also reduce unnecessary costs.
Over the last 15 years Simon has found himself becoming involved in different loyalty schemes, from assisting in the development and creation of a cinema loyalty scheme to analysing the performance of schemes in both the retail and hospitality sectors.
